I started Fibroblaster after looking around at all the products being offered as IASTM tools. After seeing some of the prices being charged for these instruments, I felt I could make one with a lower price tag. Also, as a student at the time, I did not have the luxury of extra cash or a clinic to pay for any of the tools.
Once I learned to use CAD software, this design was implemented. With enough friends willing to chip in and buy one, the cost of the whole project was funded. Fibroblasters were made for most of my classmates at a substantial savings. Now I hope to pass this onto everyone else. Heck, I may start a trend of lowering medical related equipment costs (well, OK maybe not).
The goal of Fibroblaster is to make a high quality soft tissue mobilization instrument without the high price associated with similar IASTM tools on the market. I am always seeking to make improvements, so please feel free to contact me with your feedback or ideas. Thank you for taking the time to visit the website.
